How does an audio guide system work?
An audio guide system consists of a transmitter (for the guide) and receivers with headphones (for the participants). The guide speaks into the microphone, and all participants hear the explanations clearly — even in noisy environments or with larger groups.
What is the range of the audio guide systems?
Our audio guide systems have a range of up to 100 meters. Your participants can move around freely without losing connection to the tour — ideal for city tours and outdoor events.
Do you also deliver the audio guides?
Yes, delivery is available — both within Vienna and beyond. For exact conditions, please contact us — we will gladly create a personalized quote. Self-pickup is of course also possible.

How many devices can I rent at the same time?
We have extensive inventory and can handle requests from small groups (10–20 people) to large events (several hundred participants). Please contact us in advance for larger orders so we can check availability.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking at least 3–7 days in advance, especially during high season. For short-notice requests, we are flexible and will try to find a solution — just contact us by phone at +43 1 9673161.
Are the audio guides easy to use?
Yes, our systems are self-explanatory. Upon handover, you will receive a brief introduction. The devices are fully charged and ready to use — you do not have to worry about anything.
Can I rent the devices for multiple days?
Of course. We offer flexible conditions for longer rental periods. Weekend and holiday packages are also available — just contact us for a personalized quote.
What happens if a device is damaged?
Normal wear and tear is covered by us. In case of intentional damage or loss, we charge replacement costs according to our terms (Terms in German). We recommend handling the equipment carefully during the event.
